The Opportunity:
We are looking for smart & creative candidates who want to Learn and Grow, and to Innovate because
they love the challenge of solving business problems.
Objectives aligned to this role:
Sales excellence, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
What would you do?
• Collaborate with the Key Account team and Account Executives to develop account
strategies and execute plans for revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins and proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction and
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to assess usage, identify challenges, and propose
solutions to maximize client value.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and
account activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new
services or products and ongoing support for clients.
• Proactively communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to clients.
• Execute account enrichment strategies to build account information, organization’s
objective, database accuracy, and understanding of client challenges.
• Proactively update and maintain CRM records with accurate account details, interactions,
and challenges identified within the target accounts.
Required Skills
• 2-4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles in a B2B
environment.
• Good Analytical Skills and Adept at Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication
• Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and create excellent team dynamics
• Experience in BFSI and CRM domain shall be preferred but not a mandate

• Demonstrates strong thought leadership, excellent in orchestrating people, processes,
systems, and metrics for top-notch implementations.
• Effective influencer, collaborator, and strategic planner capable of leading at all
organizational levels, particularly in complex environments.

align with and achieve business objectives.
• Thrives in challenging situations and excels in delivering results under tight timelines.
Academic Qualification:
• Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university
• Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems
• Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains,
including technology and business.
