Requirements
- Answer incoming calls
- Initiate outbound calls
- Create interest in reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner)
- Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
- Create appointments for follow up
- Mail information packets to customers
- Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
