Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities: Place booking with the carrier once purchase order received from client Revert to client with the reply/booking at the earliest Communicate with overseas office/agent, local vendor and customer Check documents before sending to the customer Monitor the shipment status and provide update to the customer on a regular basis Process costing and invoicing Arrange Invoice to customer and also Arrange cheque to pick up D/O Process billing and release delivery order to customer Issue and control all required documents accurately and timely Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents Fill, transact, record import and export documentations Examine and inspect shipping documents, B/L’s, AWB’s, FTZ Forms, C/O’s, reporting any errors to supervisors Control for the shipment arrangements as per inco-term Follows standard operating procedures Any other tasks/reports as assigned by the Manager
