Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized service in both Arabic and English

• Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online orders efficiently

• Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests

• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions

• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards

• Support hotel events, weddings, and special occasions with floral sales

• Ensure the flower shop meets 5-star cleanliness and service standards
