Sales and Service Consultant - Legal Cover
- Legal Cover Consultation & Lead Conversion: Engage potential clients with clear, informative discussions about legal cover options, addressing their concerns and guiding them to choose the most suitable plans for their circumstances.
- Customer Service & Claims Support: Provide empathetic and efficient assistance throughout the customer journey—from policy inquiries to claim resolution—ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.
- Upselling Legal Benefits: Identify opportunities to recommend enhanced legal cover packages, additional protections, or premium features that deliver greater peace of mind and comprehensive support, increasing overall policy value.
- Expert Legal Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date understanding of legal cover products, terms, and benefits to confidently explain coverage details and highlight key advantages.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Implement systematic follow-ups to nurture client relationships, answer post-sale questions, and encourage renewals or upgrades.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage client feedback and conversion data to refine sales strategies, improve upselling success, and ensure continued alignment with client needs.
- Grade 12
- Must have at least 2 years experience in Motor Insurance Service and Sales
- Working hours are Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm AND Saturday from 9am to 4pm
- Excellent communication skills
- Fully functional on MS Office
