The Sales Operations team sits at the center of Tesla’s Sales & Delivery organization and plays a critical role in shaping how the business plans, prioritizes, and executes across the Western Europe region. We support decision-making on topics ranging from sales programs to target setting, market expansion, FSD adoption, and competitive positioning. 

As Sales Analytics Intern, you will act as a generalist problem solver supporting a wide range of high-impact initiatives. Our team’s scope is intentionally broad: priorities evolve quickly, and our team needs to constantly adapt to provide local Sales and Delivery leaders with valuable insights and help drive flawless execution. 

This role is for someone who is curious: in just a few months, you will be exposed to a wide range of topics, from sales strategy and pricing decisions to process optimization, which will equip you with invaluable learnings ahead of your future career. 

  • Gather competitive insights, either automatically or by coordinating mystery shopping campaigns with local teams 
  • Develop tools that allow local teams to access instant valuable insights during the sales process 
  • Support Sales & Delivery teams with in-depth analyses that enhance operational efficiency and productivity 
  • Improve existing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce dependency from manual tasks 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning frameworks, tools, and data structures used across the organization 
  • Education in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related quantitative field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Phyton is a plus 
  • Curious mindset to make this 6-month internship a learning-rich experience 
  • Energized by a fast-moving environment with a strong hands-on attitude 
  • Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
