The jobholder will be responsible for supporting the analysis of sales data to enable informed business decision-making, improve sales performance, and identify growth opportunities. The role provides analytical support to the Sales team through accurate reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights that contribute to strategic planning and revenue optimization.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Analyze shipment, revenue, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales performance, sales incentive reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor targets, yields, volumes, and profitability by customer, product, and trade lane.
- Support RFQs and tender submissions through detailed data analysis.
- Assist in forecasting sales volumes and revenue projections.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data and sales pipeline information.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer retention and margin performance.
Do you have what it takes?
- A minimum of one year of industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical capability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in handling multiple internal systems and platforms.
