Sales & Account Manager MSP
CloudBilling is looking for a Sales & Account Manager to acquire new B2B customers and to build solid long-term relationships with new and current customers. Do you want an impactful place within a fast-growing tech company? Then the role of Sales & Account Manager at CloudBilling is for you!
Key responsibilities
Generate new leads and build new strategic partnerships in the Benelux.
Responsible for the full sales cycle- identify and approach prospective clients, build relationships and close deals.
Create and optimize sales funnel.
Build and maintain solid relationships with our customers located in the Benelux
Tracking customer life cycle progression and proactively engaging based on customers’ developments.
Work directly with the CEO and commercial team to grow our MRR.
Manage customer contract renewals.
Assist with proper billing of CloudBilling licence fees based on customer metrics.
Upsell additional CloudBilling solutions and services, such as CloudBilling BI, Managed Billing, Customer Portals, and more.
Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Co-organise customer events for our customers.
Support content creation based on existing customers for Marketing purposes.
Help build partnerships with our customers (when applicable/appropriate).
