Safety Assistant
Missions/Main Duties
- A Safety Assistant in a Metro Project has to help, implement and maintain safety measures across the project site.
- Their main duties include supporting the Safety Expert and HSE Manager, conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, assisting with safety training, helping with incident reporting, maintaining safety records, ensuring proper use of PPE, and promoting a strong safety culture & preventing accidents and ensuring compliance with safety standards on site.
Profile/Skills
- Education qualification - Degree/Diploma
- Years of experience - 7+ Years for Degree/10+ Years for Diploma
- Prior experience requirement - Added advantage if worked under Metro Projects
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decision and be a good troubleshooter.
