RTR Process Specialist

RTR Process Specialist | 12 Month FTC | Manchester | Media | £42,000 – £54,000 | JRSO34466 Our client is a leading UK organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation and is seeking an experienced Record-to-Report (RTR) Process Specialist to join their Continuous Improvement team. This 12 month FTC role will focus on supporting key system implementations, process improvements, and operational change within a complex finance environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimisation of the account reconciliation system.
• Improve and streamline intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Implement cross-validation rules to strengthen data integrity.
• Drive journal automation to accelerate month-end close.
• Maintain clear process documentation and lead Finance/IT workshops to support change.

Requirements

• Experience working within a shared service centre or a large complex business.
• Proven expertise in Record-to-Report processes, including month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement, process mapping, and finance system automation.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion
