  • Provide a warm, sincere, and engaging service that ensures guests feel valued.
  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to set standards, which Villa Nautica follows.
  • Ensuring all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and materials.
  • Report any maintenance defects in guestrooms and surrounding areas to the supervisor. 
  • Report ‘out of service’ rooms to the supervisor or housekeeping office.
  • Treat every guest as a unique individual.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs with thoughtful and personal touches.
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and proactive guest service while supporting team members.
  • Turn in all lost and found items to housekeeping according to the standard procedure.
  • Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensures safe work practices are maintained.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit and can stand, lift, push, and pull for long periods during a shift.
  • Team player with a creative and outgoing personality.
  • Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
  • Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem-resolution skills.
