How you create impact
- Coordinate and monitor daily road logistics operations.
- Manage Full Truck Load (FTL) shipments, including planning and execution
- Oversee shipment flows across key routes.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to operational KPIs and service levels
- Plan and align inbound shipment schedules with warehouse capacity
- Coordinate transport capacity with trucking vendors to meet daily requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of shipment plans and proactively manage disruptions
- Maintain clear and timely communication across all stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
- Coordinate and manage third-party trucking vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service reliability
- Resolve operational issues related to transport execution
- Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) and customer systems on a daily basis
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates for shipment tracking and reporting
- Maintain visibility of shipment status and escalate issues when necessary
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics / transport operations
- Exposure to:
- Road logistics / trucking operations
- Shipment coordination
- Strong coordination and multi-stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to handle operational disruptions
- Strong communication skills (internal teams, customers, vendors)
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and execution capability
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Comfortable working with both internal and customer systems
- Experience in FMCG logistics environment
- Exposure to high-frequency, time-sensitive delivery operations
- Experience managing or coordinating with transport vendors
