How you create impact
- Customer Service, Operation Efficiency and Optimization:
-Daily communicate with KN team, subcontractor, customer and relevant parties to get smooth operation and seek for improvement.
-To monitor and check service execution of approved suppliers according to agreed service levels.
-To ensure the efficient execution and continuous optimization of both customer service and operational activities, as well as to maintain / record customer’s KPIs
-To effectively handle customer complaint as per internal process and in a structured way and translate customer complaint into related action plan and follow up with vendors
-Ensure the delivery of performance KPIs in accordance with the defined criteria (customer satisfaction, customer KPIs, all internal KPIs as Finance KPIs, Road Logistics Operation Excellent KPIs, and Goal KPIs)
-To monitor the account P&L, initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
-Participate in shipment deviation investigations and author/ contribute to deviation and CAPA management
-Structured escalation to higher managers
- Shipment and System Coordination: To create and complete shipment details within the internal Transport Management System (TMS), coordinate effectively with all involved stakeholders, manage TMS KPIs, and facilitate the application of new software where relevant
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: To monitor and report on the operational performance of carriers and other vendors, while ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
- Policy and Process Integration: To manage and review operational policies, standards, and procedures, including the integration and implementation of automation, technology, and core systems.
- System Implementation: Participate in the implementation of operational and reporting systems
- Audits/training: conduct periodic audits, and review implemented systems/process. To deploy trainings to subcontractors, driver in receiving and delivery process to avoid any mistake and errors in delivery service
- Process Documentation: Ensure relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions are reviewed, updated, and revised in a timely manner to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Document management: To ensure encompass the proper archiving of relevant documents in system / RoadLOG, and other related tasks.
- Implementation Support: Provide support for the structured rollout of our Center of Excellence, which centralizes domestic, import/export, cross-border transport, customs clearance, and haulage activities onto a single platform.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- About 2 years in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain
- Having knowledge of cross-border transport, import/export, customs clearance
- Strong coordination, planning, problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently
- Familiar with MS Office and logistics systems
- Good command of English
- Willing to work overtime and travel if required
