Riverside Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our compassionate and skilled team at the Riverside Mental Health & Recovery Center in Hampton, Virginia.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a hospital-based outpatient program focused on helping adults manage behavioral health and addiction challenges while reintegrating into their communities.

You’ll work alongside a team of psychiatrists, therapists, peer recovery specialists, and other professionals to deliver personalized care through:
- Inpatient Detoxification Services
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Outpatient Addiction Services
- Dual Diagnosis Services
🧩 Your Role Includes:
- Initial provider evaluations
- Comprehensive assessments
- Weekly medication management appointments
- Individual, family, and group therapy collaboration
- Participation in weekly treatment team meetings
- Relapse prevention planning with peer recovery specialists
🎓 Education & Credentials:
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Must meet comprehensive and professional standards
- Current, valid Virginia medical license or eligibility
- Valid DEA controlled substance registration
