Risk Partner
- Monitor, provide insights, and report on risks.
- Develop and embed risk management tools and frameworks.
- Assist with Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
- Identify and manage actions, incidents, and issues.
- Maintain the Lendi risk management system.
- Design and advise on best practice preventative and detective controls.
- Offer specialist advice on supplier risk and governance processes.
- Design and deliver operational risk and compliance training to stakeholders.
- Review, manage, and escalate identified risks according to policies and procedures.
- Prepare data for the divisional monthly risk reporting and facilitate sessions.
- Support ad hoc risk and compliance activities as needed.
- Over 4 years’ experience in risk and compliance management within consumer lending and/or credit assistance provision.
- Demonstrated understanding of various regulatory obligations including National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Privacy Act and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act.
- Experience in control design, development and testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels.
- Degree qualification (preferred).
