The role ensures that portfolio, pricing, and trade spend strategies are channel-specific, Tradeand consumer-relevant, and financially sound The role ensures E2E integration between pricing design and market execution by leading cross-functional taskforces, embedding PPA into Perfect Store segmentation, and tracking outcomes againstsuccess criteria. It is also responsible for SKU rationalization and portfolio simplification, ensuring Sales and SupplyChain can execute efficiently while maintaining consumer relevance and competitiveness. Responsibilities Lead development of Pack Price Architecture (PPA) across DTS, SSV, Wholesale & Distributor(~80% of Saudi business). Develop the 3-year Pricing Roadmap and annual AOP plans, defining brand/pack/channel pricingactions, timing, and financial impact. Chair/co-chair Pricing Council, ensuring fact-based pricing recommendations, monitoringperformance, and aligning actions across stakeholders. Integrate PPA into Perfect Store segmentation, ensuring channel/occasion-based alignment fromdesign to execution. Run cross-functional taskforces (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category) to translateinitiatives from ideation to market, track performance, and apply mitigations. Lead SKU rationalization & simplification to sharpen focus, reduce supply chain complexity, andharmonize across ME markets. Drive mix-for-growth agenda, setting mix targets, optimizing Hero SKUs, and unlocking whitespace opportunities. Govern and report trade spend across channels, ensuring ROI, compliance, and disciplined budgetmanagement. Deploy global pricing tools (P3, PEA, Revolution, North Star) to model elasticity, simulatecompetitor impacts, and optimize ROI. Provide senior leadership with insight and decision support, highlighting risks, variance drivers,and growth opportunities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred). Experience: 6+ years in FMCG, with at least 2+ years in Revenue Management or Pricing. Technical Skills: PPA development and trade spend governance. Financial modeling, elasticity analysis, ROI optimization. Pricing tools (PEA, P3, Revolution, North Star). Competencies: Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Executive maturity with capability to balance short-term and long-term needs. Strong leadership without authority in cross-functional settings
