Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Generate high-quality, engaging content for various formats and platforms.
- Channel Development & Content Operations
- Establish and manage content distribution channels (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.).
- Optimize content performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics
- Drive measurable outcomes with a focus on:
- Followers
- Page Views
- Leads
- AID (Awareness, Interest, Desire)
Qualifications
- Experience in Complex Environments
- Proven track record in a Fortune 500 headquarters or similarly complex global organization.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate dynamic business contexts.
- Core Competencies
- Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset with accountability for business impact.
- Fast learner with exceptional execution speed and adaptability.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to think big and prioritize enterprise-wide goals over siloed interests.
