To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Technical Support Engineer Support our customers on their journey to Industry 4.0, and grow with a global innovation leader As a Technical Support Engineer, you provide support and training to international colleagues and customers during the installation of CNC machines and the integration of our Reynaers software. You help customers optimize their daily operations and take their digital production processes to the next level. What you will do? During new installations, you guide customers towards Industry 4.0 by integrating our software and calculation tools into their production workflow. You support customers in using our software solutions and linking them to their CNC machinery, including sometimes international trips. You roll out our software, deliver training sessions, and ensure users become confident and proficient quickly. You occasionally test new software versions and patches, documenting any bugs or anomalies you identify. When a malfunction occurs, you jump into action—quickly assessing the urgency and technical complexity, launching a clear diagnostic strategy, and driving the case from the first alert all the way to a successful resolution. Even during high‑pressure support calls, you stay focused and confident, turning challenges into opportunities to apply sharp troubleshooting skills and deliver clear, empowering guidance to clients. You identify recurring issues and contribute to structural, long-term solutions. You stay up to date with the latest trends and share your knowledge with the team.
