We were recently honored to join the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, the Deloitte Fast 500, were named one of Built In Austin's Best Startups, as well as Austin's Best Places for Working Parents.
We’re looking for big thinkers with small egos, so let’s dive in!
Our Values: At Skimmer we
Realize our customers' success is our success.
Build humble, diverse teams who have fun winning.
Drive results with urgency.
Earn trust through transparent communication.
About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own the day-to-day operations of our go-to-market tech stack. You'll be the person who keeps HubSpot running cleanly, helps our revenue teams get the data they need, and bridges the gap between our CRM and the rest of our systems — including billing and our data warehouse.
This is a high-impact IC role sitting within our Revenue Operations team. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn business requirements into reliable systems — and with our Senior Data Analyst and RevOps Manager to ensure our stack is pulling in the same direction as our reporting and strategy.
What you’ll do:
Own HubSpot administration end-to-end: lifecycle management, pipeline configuration, workflows, custom properties, user permissions, and data hygiene
Triage and resolve CRM issues raised by Sales, Marketing, and Client Success — acting as the first line of support for our GTM stack
Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and adjacent systems (Stripe, Snowflake, Attention, Nooks and others) to ensure clean, consistent data flows
Write and maintain SQL queries to validate data, support reporting, and QA integration outputs in Snowflake
Partner with our Senior Data Analyst to ensure CRM data is structured for downstream reporting and analysis
Document system configurations, processes, and change logs to maintain institutional knowledge
Identify and flag data quality issues proactively — before they become a problem in a meeting
Support systems-related work tied to our weekly and monthly operating meetings, including ensuring pipeline and activity data is accurate and timely
What you bring:
Required
Hands-on HubSpot administration experience - you know the platform deeply, not just the basics
Solid understanding of CRM data models: objects, associations, lifecycle stages, and deal pipelines
Experience diagnosing and resolving data quality issues in a CRM environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally — translating requests from non-technical stakeholders into systems changes
Nice to have
SQL proficiency — able to write queries to pull, validate, and QA data (Snowflake experience a plus)
Experience working with Stripe data or integrating billing systems with a CRM
Familiarity with RevOps reporting cadences and the metrics that matter in a SaaS business
HubSpot certifications (Operations Hub, CRM Implementation, etc.)
Who you are:
You sweat the details — data integrity isn’t someone else’s problem, it’s yours
You’re proactive: you notice things before they’re flagged and fix them before they’re broken
You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and know how to prioritize when there are competing requests
You care about documentation and leaving things cleaner than you found them
