The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This is a critical role that serves as the strategic bridge between our operational initiatives and regional execution.

While this position acts as the primary operational partner for the APJ territory, it is not solely a regional support role. You will be a vital member of the Revenue Operations team, overseeing projects and initiatives, driving system enhancements, and serving as a subject matter expert on processes that impact the entire organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own APJ territory execution, ensuring bookings adhere to company policy, maintain accuracy, and meet compliance requirements throughout the process. Serve as a subject matter expert for complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions.
  • Serve as a primary execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center (FGCC), providing guidance on complex scenarios and supporting consistent application of policy and process.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and related teams to support complex deal structures and ensure transactions are executed in line with defined processes and controls.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparing, reviewing, improving, and troubleshooting reconciliations as required.
  • Proactively identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement through ongoing review of operational data and workflows.
  • Develop and analyze business performance reporting to ensure an accurate reflection of operational results, creating reports and dashboards that support planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee and support multiple operational and process improvement initiatives, ensuring work is completed efficiently and aligned to expected outcomes.
  • Work with Business Technology, and Finance Transformation teams to support system enhancements, including UAT participation, validation of changes, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Support training and enablement efforts both within the team and cross-functionally on processes, complex scenarios, and operational best practices.
  • Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Revenue Operations workflows.

Who You Are

You are a strong operational contributor with a solid understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes and how upstream and downstream decisions impact outcomes.

You bring:

  • Strategic curiosity and a practical approach to identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Operational strength, with experience working through complex processes, policies, and systems.
  • Sound judgment when evaluating information, prioritizing work, and handling non-standard scenarios.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain processes or decisions.
  • Adaptability and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A forward-looking mindset, including openness to using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve how work is done.

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role
  • Advanced knowledge of operations systems and tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred
  • Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Fluent in English and Japanese language

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
