About The Role: Morning Consult is seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to play a critical role in shaping, scaling, and optimizing the systems, data, and processes that power our commercial engine. This role owns complex revenue data and systems workflows, improving reporting reliability, operational efficiency, and data governance across the full revenue lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data, insight, and clear recommendations. Scope and Impact: - Own and improve visibility into revenue performance across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery - Drive meaningful efficiency gains through process design, automation, and system improvements - Serve as a trusted partner to Commercial and Operations leadership for data-driven decision making - Strengthen data quality, governance, and confidence in revenue systems - Help translate commercial strategy into scalable, operational execution The Business Operations Team at Morning Consult: The Business Operations Team sits within Morning Consult’s Administration Division and serves as the connective tissue that enables our revenue organization to operate efficiently and scale effectively. We partner across Sales, Research, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders to improve how we plan, prioritize, measure performance, and execute day-to-day. Our team owns and optimizes the processes, systems, and reporting that power the commercial engine—from lead-to-cash workflows and pipeline governance to forecasting, territory/coverage design, and data integrity. We bring structure to ambiguity, use data to surface insights and opportunities, and translate those insights into practical improvements that increase clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth across the business
