Could you be the financial hub of a hotel? As a Financial Controller, you’ll manage hotel assets, create financial forecasts and oversee accounting. You may well have a clerical team looking to you for support. You’ll give guidance, develop their skills and plan and assign work.

While your focus will be finance, you’ll still be part of a wider team. And you’ll understand the importance of connecting with owners, asset managers and hotel employees to create a successful business. In short, you’re aware that you play a vital part in giving guests a great experience. That could be by making sure bills are accurate or by helping each department to plan and make the most of their budget.
