Reporting to the General Manager, the Revenue Director is responsible for determining the strategic objectives and strategies that drive hotel revenue across all channels: rooms, food and beverage, and events. They are also responsible for ensuring that the inventory, pricing, and distribution strategy is developed to support the hotel's overall revenue objectives, in accordance with brand recommendations. The Director is responsible for making strategic decisions that ensure the overall profitability of the hotel, as well as guaranteeing rate integrity and long-term guest satisfaction.

• Knowledge of Business and market trends and competitor practices. 

• Completed higher education in hospitality, advertising, marketing, or a related field. 

• Postgraduate studies related to the commercial area.

• Knowledge %vmanagement  of digital platforms and OTAs, as well as specific revenue management software. 

• Advanced Excel skills. 

• Advanced level of English – Knowledge of French.
