Position Relationship Manager
Reporting To Area Revenue Head
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build healthy relationship with hotel owners
- Deliver good hotel owner and customer experience
- Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
- Help hotel owners to manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, drive customer experience
- Drive revenue by ensuring room availability and improving booking conversions
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients
- Share regular market insights regarding competition, pricing trends, and ground-level challenges
Education :- Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations handling, key accounts handling
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation
- Demonstrate high ethical values
- Prior experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus
