Revenue Growth Manager – Visa Direct
At Visa, we're on a mission to build the best way to move and manage money internationally. We're making financial services more fair, accessible, and affordable for people and businesses worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the GCC region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.
This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, data, and marketing, with a sharp focus on using data and experimentation to launch clients, accelerate adoption, increase transaction volumes, and improve engagement and retention.
This is not a brand or comms role. You will own growth outcomes for a defined set of clients and corridors, turning quantitative and qualitative insights into action through rigorous analysis, testing, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth for assigned accounts by analyzing funnel performance, user behavior, and transaction data to drive activation, usage, frequency, and expansion
- Lead client launches and post‑launch growth plans using data‑backed hypotheses, including onboarding journeys, use‑case activation, and GTM execution
- Define, monitor, and optimize growth KPIs (e.g., activation rate, active users, transaction frequency, volume per user, retention) at account and corridor level
- Identify growth levers across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through cohort analysis, segmentation, and performance diagnostics
- Design, run, and scale structured growth experiments with clear success metrics across product, lifecycle, partnerships, incentives, and channels
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Client Solutions, Analytics, and Regional teams to translate insights into execution, remove friction, and unlock growth
- Build and manage account‑level growth roadmaps informed by data, with clear prioritization and revenue impact
- Develop repeatable, data‑driven growth playbooks and benchmarks that can be replicated across clients and markets
- Track performance rigorously and communicate results, learnings, and next actions through clear, outcome‑focused reporting
What Success Looks Like:
- Faster, data‑driven client launches and reduced time‑to‑first‑transaction
- Sustained growth in active users, transaction frequency, and volumes driven by measurable experiments
- Improved retention and deeper usage based on behavioral insights
- Scalable, evidence‑based growth playbooks adopted across markets and accounts
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
