JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Print Producer is responsible for managing the production of projects that combine multiple services, such as print/retouching, mechanicals, proofing and more. They work with a variety of teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client requirements.
This role will be hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Location: Chicago
Salary Range: $70k- $75k

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retouch, composite, and color correct RGB and CMYK images
- Must maintain the highest level of quality and approach to image builds, editing, and color correction
- Ensure that all retouching is done to the highest standards and specifications for both RGB and CMYK workflows
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to a strict file structure to meet dynamic and aggressive deadlines, while maintaining an intuitive / consistent approach to file organization
- Color correct, retouch and compose imagery for all levels of reproduction including commercial, OOH, print, and digital
- Must have extensive working knowledge of color management (RGB and CMYK), creative compositing, and advanced file structure workflows
- Ensure that all jobs are quality control checked for each and every edit
- Employ various tools and techniques for image enhancement and artifact reduction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years Professional Photoshop Retouching experience (or equivalent system experience)
- Working knowledge of Capture One and originating images from RAW file formats
- CGI Experience is a benefit
- Digital Painting (ability to originate / recreate / enhance elements from a reference file)
- Proven understanding of color spaces and knowledge of various color profiles
- Demonstratable experience in subject specific retouching (beauty, auto, tech, lifestyle) is a strong benefit
- Expert attention to detail and quality control
- Extremely accurate color vision (numerical knowledge as well as comparative proof evaluation)
- Add value to the creative process by collaborating with creatives on vision and campaign intent
- Well-organized and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt hours to meet project requirements
- Solution focused projecting a positive tone and experience while dealing with complex projects and tight deadlines
- Adaptable to perform as a team player or a team lead based on project needs
- Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the development of the team and group as a whole
