SPAR Limerick (Castletroy Retail Park), Castletroy, Co. Limerick are looking for Retail Supervisors to join their fantastic team.

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team. Part time / Full time positions available ( 6AM-10PM) City Centre and Castletory Limerick

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping the store manager with daily operations, including merchandising and customer service.

  • Mentoring and overseeing staff.

  • Managing store operations when the store manager is absent.

  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring health and safety compliance.

  • Ensuring store appearance is pleasant and resolving customer issues.

  • Coaching colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs.

  • Completing additional tasks as directed by management.

Required qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

  • Strong organisational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to lead and manage teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.

  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in all departments in the shop

  • Strong English Level

Salary :DOE minimum start €15.50
