Retail Store Assistant
- Customer service: Providing a great shopping (buying/selling) experience, listening to customer feedback, and acting on it
Product knowledge: Being passionate about secondhand products and having confident conversations with customers
Sales: Working independently to do daily store opening and closing, grow sales and store targets
Stock management: Maintaining stock record accuracy and being prepared for stock control routines
Others: Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company
- Experience: 1-2 years working in a retail environment (electronics)
- Flexible schedule: Available for nights, weekends, and holidays (if required). Working arrangement will be 6 days/week.
- Customer service superstar: Able to build relationships and resolve concerns
- Multitasking pro: Thrives in fast-paced environments and sets priorities
- Self-starter: Takes initiative and demonstrates accountability
- Communication ace: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
