Job roles and responsibilities :

Welcome every customer with a smile and make them feel comfortable in the store

Understand customer needs and help them choose the right eyewear or product

Clearly explain product features, prices, and ongoing offers to customers

Guide customers for eye check-up and explain the benefits of getting their eyes tested

Try to achieve daily and monthly sales targets given by the store manager

Handle billing and payments using the system carefully and without errors

Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensure products are properly displayed

Check stock regularly and inform the manager if any product is out of stock

Handle customer questions and complaints politely and try to resolve them quickly

Follow all store processes, rules, and instructions given by the manager
