Key Responsibilities
Store Support
- Act as the daily point of contact between stores and head office for all operational topics
- Investigate operational issues and drive solutions with relevant stakeholders
- Manage access rights and information updates in relevant retail systems
- Oversee store stationary orders (incl. shopping bags), budgeting and cost control
- Train store teams on systems, tools and operational processes
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure high-quality, consistent communication between head office and stores (e.g. Retail Newsletter, Retail Guidelines, Trading Calendar)
- Manage relationships with selected external suppliers
- Plan and run retail challenges to engage and motivate store teams within budget
- Organize yearly local retail meetings (budget planning, agenda, logistics)
- Act as the local key contact for all Retail Operations stakeholders
Processes, Projects & Reporting
- Analyze and review current business practices to ensure efficient use of systems, standards and processes in stores
- Implement new processes, procedures and guidelines according to business needs and roll out within Western Europe where applicable
- Act as Turkey’s key contact for HQ on selected (pilot) projects and coordinate roll-out
- Coordinate store project meetings and manage Monday Trade Meetings
- Monitor and analyze direct customer feedback and key retail KPIs
- Create and update reports; support Retail Management with ad hoc analyses, reports and presentations
Profiliniz:
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations
- In-store experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a high level of commitment
- Solid understanding of retail environments and retail systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer literacy, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated; driven to initiate and support change
- Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully
