With five stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. The Role

As a Retail Manager you would be responsible for the overall performance of multiple stores. The role focuses on direction, capability building, and consistency across the UAE rather than day-to-day store execution.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Set clear performance expectations across all UAE stores.

  • Ensure consistent luxury brand standards and customer experience.

  • Manage UAE sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Support and deliver the UAE retail growth strategy.

  • Lead new store openings, relocations, and expansions

  • Manage pre-opening activities including store readiness, staffing plans, and operational setup.

  • Provide market insights on customer behavior, mall performance, and competitive activity.

Functional Responsibilities:

Store Performance Oversight

  • Work with Store Managers to improve commercial results.

  • Manage people, operational, or performance concerns.

  • Ensure consistency across all stores.

  • Develop retail store managers and sales executives.

  • Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Manage complex people and performance decisions.

  • Support recruitment for retail stores.

Training & Development 

  • Ensure strong product knowledge and luxury selling standards across the stores.

  • Coach Store Managers on how to develop and lead their teams effectively.

  • Maintain training standards and capability expectations across all stores.

  • Plan and deliver structured training and development programs.

Operations

  • Ensure stores follow company policies, and brand standards.

  • Review stock performance and key stock risks at area level.

  • Ensure visual merchandising consistency through audits and reviews.
