Restructuring - Manager

As a Manager in the Restructuring team at Eight Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate financial difficulties. You will work closely with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders to stabilize performance, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workstreams on restructuring and turnaround engagements, including financial restructuring, operational improvement, and liquidity management.

• Support senior team members in delivering client projects across multiple industries and geographies.

• Conduct financial analysis, develop restructuring strategies, and create actionable plans.

• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, including clients, creditors, and other key parties.

• Contribute to business development efforts by preparing client pitches and supporting proposal writing.
