Restoration Project Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage various film projects that are being restored and color-graded in our New York and Burbank facilities.
  • Collaborate with the restoration team and colorist to ensure alignment of all project aspects and meeting timelines.
  • Work with our data team to ensure all assets (LTO or Files) are received and barcoded.
  • Oversee project & client management of titles from the quote stage through completion and final delivery.
  • Able to cut work orders for upcoming projects using our proprietary software.
  • Develop relationships with key client contacts, establish and increase trust, solve creative problems, and respond promptly to client questions.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure completion of the final project and follow up with stakeholders for feedback.
  • Prior experience in film production, restoration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with film restoration techniques and color grading processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of video/file formats, distribution workflows, and technologies.
  • 3+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to think clearly, logically, and organized and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills in the areas of networking and data management.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Salary Range: $25 - $28 USD Per Hour
