Restoration Project Coordinator

Coordinate and manage various film projects that are being restored and color-graded in our New York and Burbank facilities.
Collaborate with the restoration team and colorist to ensure alignment of all project aspects and meeting timelines.
Work with our data team to ensure all assets (LTO or Files) are received and barcoded.
Oversee project & client management of titles from the quote stage through completion and final delivery.
Able to cut work orders for upcoming projects using our proprietary software.
Develop relationships with key client contacts, establish and increase trust, solve creative problems, and respond promptly to client questions.
Track project progress and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.
Ensure completion of the final project and follow up with stakeholders for feedback.

Prior experience in film production, restoration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with film restoration techniques and color grading processes is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of video/file formats, distribution workflows, and technologies.
3+ years of industry-related experience.
Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to think clearly, logically, and organized and work under minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills in the areas of networking and data management.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Salary Range: $25 - $28 USD Per Hour
