A Bus Person is responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Bus Person, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain the buffet station for all designated meal periods
- Clean the equipment, restock food items and clean areas on an as needed basis
- Ensure quality of food throughout service
