Responsibilities:
- Execute residential painting projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Ensure all work meets CertaPro's high standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the project.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices on every job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential painting or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be licensed and insured as required by local regulations.
- Must pass background check
