Your New Role
Based in Houston, Texas, you will provide residential electrical services directly to homeowners. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades while ensuring all work meets local and national electrical codes. You will also support the growth of the new electrical division through teamwork, communication, and consistent service quality.
What You’ll Do: A day and week in the life
Deliver high-quality residential electrical service: Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems, including panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, breakers, and related components, ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.
Lead customer education and service options: Explain findings, present repair or upgrade options, and ensure customers fully understand the work being performed to support informed and confident decisions.
Execute efficient troubleshooting and diagnostics: Identify root causes of electrical issues, document findings, and recommend long-term, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
Maintain professional field operations: Uphold a clean, organized truck and jobsite; complete paperwork and invoices accurately; and use company-provided technology (iPad, software, etc.) to support timely, clear reporting.
Adhere to safety practices and compliance requirements: Follow NEC, local code, and company safety protocols; ensure proper PPE usage; and support a culture focused on protecting people, property, and equipment.
Support division growth and cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with the lighting and sales teams on customer needs, support follow-up inspections, and contribute to a high-trust culture as the division expands into new markets.
