Resident Engineer Viaduct & Elevated Stations
Missions/Main Duties
- Resident Engineer Viaduct & Elevated Station will supervise daily construction activities for viaducts and elevated stations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate closely with contractors to plan and organize work fronts, ensuring site readiness and efficient utilization of resources to avoid delays.
- Identify and resolve minor design and site-related issues on a day-to-day basis, using engineering judgment; escalate complex or critical issues promptly to the Chief Resident Engineer for guidance and resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive daily site documentation, including detailed records, photographs, inspection logs, and progress reports to support quality assurance, reporting, and audit requirements.
Profile/Skills
- Graduate Engineer with Civil Engineering.
- 15 years and specific 5 years in Metro/Railways.
- Work experience in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong team player and effective team leader.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
