Research & Development Engineer Intern

Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Participate in agile activities including daily scrums, and planning
Adhere to team development standards for software processes, tools and metrics
Ability to work in an international team environment - on-site working scheme
Works with the Product Owner to confirm that the end product reflects the desired functionality
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Experience with scientific programming
Experienced in Python, Matlab, or C++
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Knowledge/experience in the Aviation Industry desirable
Exposure to Systems Engineering and/or Data Analytics is favorable
Hands-on AI/ML practitioner (data-driven models, computer vision, 3D sensing)
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
