Evonik's Resarch, Development and Innovation Trainee Program offers a comprehensive look into the multifaceted world of research and development at a leading specialty chemicals company. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the diverse field of specialty chemicals research and development.

Are you a Ph.D. graduate in chemistry or a related field with an above-average academic record? Are you close to completing your Ph.D. and eager to apply your knowledge in a corporate environment? If so, our 18-month program will give you a comprehensive understanding of the diverse world of research and development at a leading specialty chemicals company.

You will have the opportunity to work in research, development, and innovation at various locations in Germany and actively shape the future of Evonik's portfolio. We offer flexibility, development opportunities, mentoring, and international experience.

Throughout the program, experienced R&D colleagues and senior managers will mentor you. You will enhance your technical and methodological skills through on-the-job training, workshops, and seminars. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in a social and sustainability project alongside other Evonik trainees.

To further develop your international skills, you will spend three months abroad. We look forward to sharing our passion with you and seeing what we can achieve together!
