Research Associate III

The Opportunity

• Experimental Design & Execution: Leads the end-to-back research process by designing complex protocols, executing bench experiments, and performing in-depth data analysis to solve multifaceted technical problems.
• Expertise & Process Improvement: Acts as a recognized subject matter expert who trains others, troubleshoots systemic issues, and identifies opportunities to optimize laboratory workflows and quality standards.
• Documentation & IP Management: Maintains meticulous records and technical reports while identifying findings with potential for patents or professional publication.
• Strategic Judgment: Exercises high-level autonomy by selecting appropriate methodologies and evaluation criteria within broadly defined policies to achieve project goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitates communication across organizational groups and participates in multidisciplinary teams to support project planning and failure investigations.

Who You Are

Education Level - Bachelors Degree minimum

Experience - 4 years relevant job experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knows wide range of experimental techniques and skilled in their applications.
• Capable with searching scientific literature to gain general and specific information.
• •Skilled with use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software applications.

The expected salary range for this position based on Arizona is 69 700,00 - 129 400,00 USD Annual.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
