Veterinary Medicine | Veterinary Preventive MedicineThe College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University is searching for a Research Assistant. An individual in this position manages studies targeted at understanding infectious disease on the animal side of the human-animal interface.
-Collect samples to evaluate the epidemiology of transmission of influenza A viruses in animal populations
-Collaboratively write grants
- Maintain communication with study participants
- Manage sample collection, testing, and data entry
-Develop and implement biosecurity curriculum
- Assist with Swientist programming
