Repair Services Engineer

Warsaw, Poland April 9, 2026 Full Time Workday

Job Purpose:

  • Tech Project Management for onboarding new programs, projects and sustaining Engineering of existing programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Determine the scope based on requirements, including stating the scope of work, calculating the resources required in delivering the service and advising the Management preparing the quotation
  • Help develop and support detailed execution plan working with the Operations Manager and team members from different functional disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, sales, supply chain, scheduling, quality) in an effort to ensure the timely completion of the plan. Maintain detailed action lists for all programs and working closely with the internal and customer engineering and operational teams to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget; this process will involve a detailed review of the daily overdue tasks list and follow up during the daily management meeting. Collaborates with design and services engineering and customer operations to establish new or redesign existing service programs and or processes.
  • Provide support ( hardware break-fix and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues ) for services programs. Provide technical deliverables such as high level design document, user acceptance test (UAT) doc and as-built documentation. Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreement (SLAs). Carry out technology, professional and maintenance support services as per scope within the stipulated duration and or timeline. Undergo technical trainings and obtain technical certifications that are required to meet suppliers’ mandatory technical requirements. Conduct knowledge transfer training (where required).
  • Creates support and repair procedures and processes, writes troubleshooting guides and develops testing techniques and test equipment fixtures. Trains operations personnel on support and manufacturing processes, product schematics, AVL’s, BOM’s drivers, applications and firmware functions. Ensures processes meets internal and external quality requirements and customer specifications. Install and configure services as per the approved implementation plan.
  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Technical degree with Electronics field of study

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Electrical Engineering (EE) degree and or relevant industry experience with focus on production integration, test and repair experience with storage, network switch, server, broadband, retail point of sale and or medical device equipment.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or comply with all safety protocols as required.
  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.


Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • Local (in-country) travel required.
