This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality releases across the platform while helping establish scalable QA processes as we grow.You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to validate new features, improve testing coverage, and drive accountability and quality.What You'll DoBe a quality evangelist and partner with every stakeholder to drive quality and build a highly cooperative and team-oriented environmentPartner with Product and Engineering to define test plans and acceptance criteriaLead day-to-day QA efforts across the productDesign, drive, and own test automation efforts Build and improve QA processes, workflows, and standardsExecute and oversee manual and automated testingIdentify, document, and track defects through resolutionEnsure quality across releases, including regression testingHelp implement and expand automated testing practicesProvide visibility into quality metrics and risksPlan the Catch-Up — Assess the current state of test coverage and create a realistic plan to close gaps in unit, integration, and regression testingOwn Environment and Data Strategy — Partner with DevOps to automate test environment provisioning, database copies/cleansing, seed data generation, and production-refresh workflowsQualifications5-10 years of experience in software QAExperience working on SaaS or web-based applicationsDeep understanding and experience with APIs and test automation tools and measurementsStrong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologiesAbility to work cross-functionally with Product and EngineeringOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomesExperience partnering with DevOps on test environment automation, CI/CD integration, and data managementFamiliarity with TDD, feature flags, and modern development practicesEven Better If You HaveExperience with property management or accounting/real estate softwareExperience in a startup or high-growth environmentApply Now Rentvine Team read more --> read less -->
