Renewals Specialist

📋 Description Become go-to expert on Quote-to-Cash systems (Salesforce, Gong, Ironclad, Gainsight). Own end-to-end T-120 renewal motion: plan, milestones, stakeholders, on-time execution. Close renewals in Ironclad: confirm terms, obtain signatures, manage extensions. Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene; own forecast fields and renewal rhythms. Partner with AEs/CSMs to clarify ownership, auto-renew, and churn reporting. Identify and implement renewal ops improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience. 🎯 Requirements At least 3 years in Renewal Specialist roles within SaaS. Experience as first Renewal Specialist, building cross-functional partnerships. Exceptional communicator; clear updates, early risk surfacing, stakeholder alignment. Customer-centric and commercially minded, balancing risk and value. Builder mindset; codify renewal processes and deliver on-time renewals.
