Accountabilities

  • Handle new interior facility construction (upfit) and remodel activities within the North American region.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide project weekly status reporting updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management for 3PL/Warehouse Logistics Operations or similar.
  • Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design (MEP) and the permitting process.
  • Knowledge of building codes (IBC), fire codes (NFPA, IFC), ADA, EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to read construction plans.
  • Experience installing racking systems and related ancillary products.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
