We're a luxury, women's intimate portrait studio in East London. We help everyday women transform how they see themselves through powerful portrait experiences and artwork they keep for life.

Sales Team Vision

You are the single point of contact for your guests from the moment they book until the day they choose their artwork. You handle both emotional and practical questions; anything about artwork pricing or refunds is handed off to our Art Curators.

Top performers in this role will have a clear path into Art Curator (Reveal closer) roles, earning £50,000+ per year, and from there into senior sales leadership as we open more studios.

What We Expect From You

Responsibilities

• High work ethic (Monday–Saturday, UK business hours)

• Run 4–6 structured Zoom calls per day with women who have already paid

• Follow our proven call flows and nurture process every time

• Confirm dates, times, and key details; handle simple reschedules within our rules so studio days stay full

• Call and message wobbling or quiet guests to protect show rate

• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly in our CRM

• Admin work for data collection and clean handovers

• Be a team player

Results

You will have clear numeric targets, including:

• Shoot show rate % in the target band

• % of guests who pre‑pay and total £ pre‑pay per month

• Basic quality metrics (guest satisfaction scores, handover quality)

Your variable pay and progression are tied directly to these. Consistently missing them means this role isn’t a fit.

Requirements

• 6+ months in high‑touch or sales‑adjacent roles (aesthetics / patient coordination, luxury hospitality, coaching sales, inside sales, etc.)

• Exceptional over the phone / Zoom (this is a requirement)

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Self‑sufficient with your time; you hit targets without hand‑holding

• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional setup

• Open to learning new sales processes and being coached hard

Location

• Remote, South Africa

• Work UK business hours (no night shifts)

Compensation

• Base: £9,000 to £12,000 per year per year (paid in ZAR equivalent)

• On‑target earnings: £16,000 to £19,000 per year+ once fully ramped (performance‑based, no hard cap)

Our Art Curators (the closers that sell the artwork as the final touchpoint) earn £50,000+ OTE. Top‑performing setters are first in line for promotion into that path.
