The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in analyzing business needs, managing requirements, and supporting development and testing teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Analysis

   • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

   • Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality.

2. Liaison & Communication

   • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear and continuous communication.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

   • Participate in Functional, System, Integration, Compatibility, and Regression Testing.

   • Design and execute test cases and scenarios.

   • Manage defects, update reports in JIRA, and coordinate with stakeholders.

4. Project Coordination

   • Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing, and production moves.

5. Training & Support

   • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
