Relief Chef Manager
- Provide temporary cover as Chef Manager across various locations as required
- Lead and support kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen in the absence of the permanent manager
- Ensure all food safety, health & hygiene, and compliance standards are met at all times
- Manage stock control, ordering, and budget adherence
- Maintain excellent presentation and customer satisfaction standards
- Step in quickly and effectively to ensure continuity of service during short-notice cover
Relief Chef Manager
Location: Yorkshire, Humber & Lincolnshire
Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as required
40 hours per week
Salary: £31,200 plus fuel allowance (driving licence and own car required)

- Stepping into kitchen leadership roles across various locations as needed
- Managing day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service
- Leading, motivating, and supporting kitchen teams
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Managing stock, budgets, and compliance requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a senior kitchen role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites
- A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments

- Previous experience as a Chef Manager or in a senior chef position
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Full UK driving licence
