  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of large-scale initiatives and features across Agile, SAFe, and Scrum methodologies
  • Serve as the delivery lead representing program leadership for strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and functions
  • Continuously align business goals, delivery scope, timelines, and quality to ensure each release delivers consistent business value
  • Adapt delivery plans and execution based on feedback, changing priorities, and organizational readiness
  • Synchronize all stakeholders across various project streams, departments, countries, and seniority levels to ensure cohesive execution
  • Interface with validate platform readiness and ensure seamless handover to operational support teams
  • Guarantee high-quality service delivery to end users
  • Define and structure regular business releases that bring coherent and incremental value across different domains
  • Manage interdependencies between applications and assess any impacts on Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and overall budget
  • Coordinate Entry into Service (EIS) readiness activities and CutOver planning to ensure successful go-lives
  • Assess the impact of new deliverables on the broader separation journey and ensure alignment with transformation goals
  • Establish and maintain a formal process to validate Operational, Technical, Commercial, and Quality (OTCQ) criteria for each deliverable
  • Proven experience in managing delivery of complex, multi-functional initiatives in large program environments
  • Expertise in Agile and SAFe frameworks, including hands-on delivery coordination across iterative and traditional models
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating across IT and business domains
  • Ability to align delivery content and cadence with strategic business objectives and organizational readiness
  • Experience managing cross-functional dependencies, enterprise releases, and transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with EIS and CutOver readiness in large-scale program contexts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in both technical and business conversations
