how 230+ million Indians save and invest. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in

Our platform lets users book FDs without opening a savings account, access instant
withdrawals, invest in short-term instruments (including 7-day FDs), and discover curated

Right now, our team is working on deepening direct partnerships with banks and NBFCs,
building on-ground presence in key cities, and expanding into adjacent savings products, all

Backed by $65 million in total institutional funding from marquee investors including Peak
XV Partners, Z47, RTP Global, Fundamentum, and Lightspeed, we recently closed a $25
million Pre-Series C round to accelerate our next phase of growth. We're building the
operating layer for how India saves, making fixed-income products transparent, accessible,
and worthy of trust.
 
Our team
Saurabh Jain is a graduate from IIT Bombay who has previously worked as the CEO of Navi
Mutual Fund and was leading Swiggy’s expansion into 500+ cities.
Harish Reddy is a graduate from IIT Bombay and has deep expertise in building wealth
product strategy. He was leading product strategy and the tech implementation at Estee
Advisors. Both founders have extensive experience in wealth-tech businesses and
complement each other to help build a scalable and value accretive business
 
About the Role: 
As a Relationship Manager for our Bonds category, you'll be the face of
Stable Money for our investors — helping them navigate fixed-income opportunities,
building long-term relationships and driving portfolio growth. This is a high-ownership role
where you'll work closely with our product and business teams to deliver a best-in-class
investment experience.
 
What you'll do
● Manage and grow a portfolio of investors interested in bonds and fixed-income
products
● Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable bond investments
● Drive activation, engagement and repeat investments from your client base
● Handle end-to-end client queries — from onboarding to post-investment support
● Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve the product
experience
● Meet and exceed monthly targets for AUM growth and client retention
 
What we're looking for
● 1.5 – 3 years of experience in a Relationship Manager role at a bank (HDFC, ICICI,
Axis or similar)
● Strong understanding of fixed-income products — bonds, FDs, NCDs
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Client-first mindset with a proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
● Self-driven with a strong ownership mentality
 
Good to have
● Prior exposure to HNI or retail investor management
● Familiarity with fintech platforms or investment apps
